How to apply
Step 1: What you will need
Read the information below as a guide to what documentation you may need to apply for a loan product. By providing as many of these documents as possible, your loan application can be processed as quickly as possible. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to explain the purpose of the documentation required.
Step 2: Visit us at our branch
Visit our branch and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives. You can also make an appointment in advance by calling +84 8 3824 1525.
Remember to bring your identification and other relevant documents with you to the branch.

If you are applying for a loan for personal use Individuals Photocopy of Applicant's (and spouse if applicable) Identity Card/ Passport Photocopy of valid working permit/ visa and temporary ID card for non-residents and foreigners in Vietnam Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable) If possible, a photocopy of statements for the previous 3 months of one or more of your Current Accounts/ Savings/ Term-Deposit/ Loans An original or recent salary slip Certificate from your employer or an employment reference Photocopy of a recent taxation return Guarantor information form (if applicable) Copy of the Dealer invoice (if applying for a New Vehicle loan) Entrepreneurs and professionals Photocopy of Practicing Licence (if applicable) If possible, photocopy of Financial Statements for the previous two years Guarantor information form (if applicable) Copy of the Dealer invoice (if applying for a new vehicle loan) If you are applying for a loan for business purposes Photocopy of Director's Identity Card/ Passport If possible, a photocopy of statements for the previous 3 months of one or more of your Current Accounts/ Savings/ Term-Deposit/ Loans Photocopy of taxation return Guarantor information form (if applicable) Photocopy of Practicing Licence (if applicable) Photocopy of Company's Deed If possible, photocopy of Financial Statements for the previous two years Copy of Dealer invoice (if applying for a new vehicle loan) New customers of the Commonwealth Bank will also require the following business identification documents according to the business type |

| Flexi loan | Anyone who needs a flexible short-term loan for business purposes | |
| Bank guarantee | Anyone that needs a guarantee on their financial obligations | |
| Flexi Access or Premium Business Account | Anyone who successfully applies for any type of Commonwealth Bank loan, overdraft or bank guarantee will also need to open one of our everyday transaction accounts for repayment purposes |
