Limited liability companies

Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate;

If the account holder is not a legal representative, meeting minutes of company's founders' appointing the account holder is required;

Photocopy of Decision on Appointment of CEO & Chief Accountant (if any);

Copy of CEO, Chief Accountant and authorized signatories ID;

Photocopy of Certificate of Export-Import Code Registration (if any);

Copy of Seal Registration Certificate;

Copy of Tax Code Registration Certificate; and

Business Customer Application Form to be signed and stamped by CEO.
Shareholding company (joint stock companies)

Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate;

If the account holder is not a legal representative, meeting minutes of company's founders' appointing the account holder is required;

Copy of CEO, Chief Accountant and authorized signatories ID;

Private business

Companies having foreign invested capital

Photocopy of Certificate of the Service of Planning and Investment;

Photocopy of Decision on Appointment of CEO & Chief Accountant;

Photocopy of Certificate of Export-Import Business Code Registration (if any);

Copy of Seal Registration Certificate;

Trading units / shops

Foreign companies’ representative office in Vietnam

Photocopy of License for Establishing Representative Office in Vietnam;

Copy of Head of Representative Office ID;

Photocopy of Decision on Appointment of Head of Representative Office

Copy of Operation License (if any);

Copy of Seal Registration Certificate;

State owned companies

Photocopy of Decision for Establishment of Enterprise;

Photocopy of Decision on Appointment of General Manager (Director), Chief Accountant;

Copy of Director, Chief Accountant and authorized signatories ID;

Photocopy of Certificate of Export-Import Business Code Registration (if any);

Company's branch in Vietnam

Photocopy of License for Establishing branch in Vietnam;

Copy of Head of Branch ID;

Copy of Operation License;

Copy of Seal Registration Certificate;

Photocopy of Passport or Identity Card of account holder and authorised signatories; and

Business Customer Application Form to be signed and stamped by Head of branch.
Foreign companies

Photocopy of Decision on Appointment of Director or the Board of Directors' Minutes of Meeting to vote Director;

Individual Household Business
